We love pets at Harper Place at Bees Ferry — and we invite you to bring your furry (and non-furry) friends to experience the same coastal beauty you will. A one-time fee of $400 applies to your first pet; the fee for two or more pets is $500 in total. A monthly per-pet of $25 will also apply. Maximum of three pets please; maximum of two dogs.

We welcome cats and dogs. Unless used as an assistance animal, certain dog breed restrictions are in effect, including Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, St. Bernard, and all mixes of the above breeds. The following non-traditional pets are allowed at Harper Place: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not allowed because of liability reasons.
